This incredible, custom-built kitchen is designed to handle the demands of a large banquet facility. It is comprised of separate areas for prep work, cooking and dishwashing. In addition, there is a full wait staff station near one of the dining room doors. The cooking area includes a prep table with refrigerated storage below; steam table; two deep fat fryers; two large convection ovens; double Wolfe ovens; grill and six-burner gas cook top with a six foot Salamander warmer above. The kitchen area includes non-slip graphite tile floors, a stainless steel exhaust system, an evaporative cooler system, and an Ansel fire system. |
